18+ ← back to the line

Privacy, in plain words.

The short version: we hold the minimum it takes to run a verified 18+ room, your pictures stay private until launch, your ID gets destroyed the moment it's done its job, and you can delete everything yourself at any time.

What we hold.

Your email and password (the password only as a one-way hash), the name or handle you chose, your date of birth, the pictures you post, and — until your review is decided — one photo of your ID. That's the whole list: no contacts, no location, no tracking pixels, and nothing bought from or sold to anyone.

Who sees what.

During pre-screening your pictures are visible to exactly two parties: you, and the person running the review. Other members see nothing until the doors open. Your ID is never visible to other members, full stop — it exists for one human check that you're real and past 18, nothing else.

How long things stay.

The ID photo is deleted at the moment your profile is approved — what remains is a timestamp saying you were verified, not the document. If your profile is sent back for new pictures, the ID is kept only so your resubmission doesn't start over. Everything else stays for as long as your account exists, and not a day past it.

Your controls.

Delete your account from the lobby (or the app) and your pictures, your ID if one is still held, your profile and your place in line go with it, immediately and for good. Want a copy of what we hold, or have a question the page doesn't answer — write, and you'll get a straight answer.

Where it lives, who to reach.

Accounts, pictures and the ledger live on Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt), the site itself is served by Netlify. MyLine is operated from Denmark. Contact: hello@myline.digital — every launch mail comes from the same address, replying to any of them reaches the same place.
